Kept our physical business alive through three brutal years of rising costs and shifting consumer habits. Survived but not sure I'd call it thriving. We went through something similar 2 years just trying not to shut down. When things stabilized, I realized survival metrics (cash in, bills paid) were still driving decisions. What helped was picking one “forward” signal again - repeat customers and rebuilding goals around growth, not protection. A friend’s retail shop did this and finally saw momentum return.
